WHAT WE DO

Here at Flint Valley Farms our goal is to provide our customers with local top of the line affordable beef. We came up with the idea after going to the grocery store and seeing the incredibly high prices on beef. Our mission is to spread positivity and companionship with family and friends through great AFFORDABLE food. Our beef is grass and grain fed with NO antibiotics and no hormones. We sell our calves based off their hanging weights which will be between 50-60%. The price per pound of hanging weight is $3.25/lb. Calves average between 35-40 % of their live weight in edible meat that goes straight to our customer's table. A 1,000 pound calf will produce approximately 350-400 pounds of beef.
